** While everyone at Az Fun Bounce & Recreational Rentals L.L.C strives to provide all of our customers with clean, high quality equipment for your party needs, we also take every measure to ensure your safety during the use of any our equipment. For this reason, there are some safety rules and use guidelines that we ask all customers take the time to read and adhere to.

General Information:

1. Sprinkler systems must be turned off at least 1 day prior to any home party delivery.
2. All jumpers require an additional 2 ft of unobstructed area around the unit. This includes no trees branches or wires within 2 ft of the top of the units.
3. Jumpers can be placed on grass, concrete, asphalt or dirt surfaces. Areas must be free of rocks and debris that can cause damage to the inflatable unit. While AFB will utilize ground tarps, renter assumes liability for any damage to the inflatable as a result of ground debris.
4. Jumpers will not be set up within 10ft of any unfenced swimming pools.
5. All jumpers will be stake anchored to the ground whenever possible. For any situations where this is not possible, sand bags will be used to help anchor the unit.
6. The inflatable must be within 100ft of a 110v, 20amp circuit plug.
7. Units are not to be moved from original place of setup by AFB personnel.

Safety Rules:

1. Inflatable units and concession equipment should only be operated with adult supervision present.
2. Removal of all shoes, glasses and jewelry prior to entering the inflatable equipment.
3. Absolutely no Silly String allowed in or around inflatable equipment. The presence of silly string inside the inflatable jumper will incur an additional cleaning charge of $100.00 due to the extreme difficult nature of the removal and possible damage.
4. No food or drink allowed in the jumpers.
5. No toys allowed in jumpers.
6. No flips or extreme horseplay.
7. No climbing the wall netting.
8. Separate children according to size and monitor numbers of children inside the jumpers accordingly.
9. Ask children not to place hands or feet thru the netting while bouncing within the unit.
10. Do not operate the unit during any signs of rain, lightning or presence of high winds.
11. Individuals with head, neck, back or musculo-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, small infants and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.

Park Parties

Some city parks require a "use permit" be obtained prior to the party date. Additionally, some parks departments require notification of the use of any inflatable jumpers. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain all necessary park permits.

It is our desire at Az Fun Bounce, to try and accommodate the many different types of rental requests from our customers. For those city & HOA park requests, we are proud to state that we are on file with many of the various city parks & recreation departments as having liability insurance and the ability to deliver and set inflatable jumpers in their municipalities.

For those parks or cities where we are not currently on file, 2 days notice is required to enable Az Fun Bounce ample time to forward to the requesting city department a copy of the insurance documents.

Some parks have electricity present, but permission must be obtained from the managing Parks & Rec department, for use by Az Fun Bounce to use as power supply for the inflatable jumper or concession equipment rental. In the event permission is not obtained or electricity is not present, then the additional rental of a portable generator will be required from Az Fun Bounce.

Reservations & Cancellations

It is recommended that reservations be made as much in advance as possible to ensure available of your desired equipment for your planned event. For reservations more than 2 weeks prior to scheduled event, a 25% deposit will be required.

We at Az Fun Bounce know and appreciate that sometimes plans change and will always strive to accommodate change. There will be no charge for cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the event. There will be a 25% charge fee for cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled event. We hope that our many customers appreciate this cancellation policy, as in order to guarantee your rental, means denying the scheduling of your requested equipment by other potential customers.

Full payment of the equipment rental must be made prior to setup or any time prior to your scheduled event. Payment can be in the form of cash or check. Credit card payments must be made 2 business days prior. A charge of $25.00 will be accessed against any returned checks.

Privacy Policy:

While Az Fun Bounce & Recreational Rentals L.L.C does maintain a complete listing of our customer base, complete with mailing addresses and credit card information, when applicable, it is the policy of Az Fun Bounce not to make this information viewable to individuals outside the offices of AFB. Additionally no contact information will be provided to outside sources for the purposes of solicitation or contact.
